NRL Grand Final Sydney Olympic Park

 

Phew! Today was a hot one, 30 degrees, imagine playing Rugby in that heat Leo? Well the ladies teams did! 

Tim was very excited to finally be at an NRL Grand final a bucket list moment for him with high hopes for his team, Melbourne Storm ☝

For Dawn seeing Teddy Swims was pretty special too

The atmosphere in the stadium was amazing never experienced anything like it in the UK.

Here come the Storm running out to AC/DC Thunderstruck - what a tune! 

Both teams ready for the game tension mounts! 

Half time score, excited but cautious. 

Sadly it wasn’t to be for the Storm and they lost by a small margin, 26 Broncos 22 Storm, with most supporters believing that a referees decision not to penalise Reece ‘Poster Boy’ Walsh for a shoulder charge contributing to the defeat. What a great night though, such a great game that went right to the wire.
